On Thursday 6 April 2017, plans to transform Sheerwater received the final go-ahead following a decision by Council.

The decision means that Thameswey Development Limited (TDL), a development company wholly owned by Woking Borough Council, will work for the Council to deliver the regeneration of Sheerwater.

Over the coming months, further details of the regeneration plan will be posted here. Residents directly affected by the regeneration will be contacted separately.

It is anticipated that works will commence onsite in early 2018.
